  • All parts sold must be fitted by a qualified engineer.
  • Any parts ordered that are once fitted and found not to resolve the problem cannot be returned.
  • All parts come with a 6 month manufacturers guarantee.
  • Any spare part that is specially ordered cannot be returned under any circumstances.
  • By submitting details you are not entering an agreement with us but merely submitting an enquiry and only when you have paid for a spare part will a contract be made.
  • Delivery time of spare parts will depend on whether the item is in stock, if it is, it should be received within 5 working days (this can often be as quick as next day). If a spare has to be specially ordered then a member of staff should give you an approximate lead time.
